Windmill Update!

I did 3 windmills on saturday! I may have hurt myself in the process but it was worth it. Now all I need to do is practice what I preach and do them 30 times everyday and I will have them smoothly by next month. Now that I am doing this I expect my students to do the same and practice one move of their choice 30 times a day (I suggest a power move but its completely up to you.) Hope everybody had a great week and I will see you on wednesday.
